1. Initial Enquiry
You communicate with one of our Learning Advisors to discuss your academic needs, goals, and challenges. Through this communication, we gather information to ensure tutoring is tailored to your specific requirements. You are also provided with customer handbook to understand our services further.
2. Tutor Confirmation
We connect you with one of our qualified tutors based on your specific academic requests. They will contact you directly via email and/or mobile to discuss tutoring. You can better get to know them by reviewing their Meet Your Tutor document, which will be emailed to you. You are also invited to a complementary Introductory Meeting where you can meet with your tutor online!
3. Introductory Meeting (Optional)
This 15 minute complementary online meeting involves meeting the tutor to discuss your academic strengths, areas for improvement, and learning goals. During this time, you will also complete your Student Learning Profile with your tutor which outlines your ultimate academic goals. If you choose not to attend this meeting, this form will be sent to you via email. This is vital for the tutor to understand your needs and goals while also allowing you to build a positive rapport with them, laying the foundation for a successful learning partnership. Here, you and your tutor can also schedule a regular weekly timeslot for lessons!
4. Lesson Planning
Using the information gathered, your tutor develops your very own student Microsoft Teams account where you will have access to all essential materials including your Individual Learning Plan, Learning Sequence, Personalised Learning Plan, Lesson Reviews, Support Programs, and Curriculum Information. This ensures a focused and effective approach to your academic goals. Keep reading to learn more about our key features.
5. Tutoring Begins
Now, get ready to start seeing those results! Your lessons will focus on targeted support to address your academic needs, build confidence, and ensure steady progress towards your learning goals.
